     This quote is about how abusers get away from hurting people and go to jail then be free and life goes on without even facing what they have caused and without apologizing to the person they have traumatised. it is also saying how it is a shame that no one takes any action for this and it makes no since why it does not change. I strongly agree because I too think it is ridiculous that this is not changed. If the government cared so much  they would also have this changed, I agree 100% with what they are stating.
